Carme Pinós i Desplat (Barcelona, 1954) is a Spanish architect and university professor.1 Her projects include the Cube I and Cube II Offices in Guadalajara (Mexico), the apartment building of the Vienna University of Economics (Austria) , the CaixaForum in Zaragoza (Spain) or the Plaza de la Garduña complex, the La Massana school of art and design and the rear façade of the Boquería market located in Barcelona (Spain).2 He has taught at the Kunstakademie in Düsseldorf, at Columbia University in New York or at Harvard University. In December 2021, she was awarded the Spanish National Architecture Award.
