Ciudadela is a 100% natural sisal rug that celebrates the strength of material in its most honest expression. Its herringbone weave introduces rhythm and depth, creating a subtle pattern that shifts with the light and enriches the space without overpowering it.
With a thickness of 6 mm and a weight of 2000 g/m², it offers a firm, consistent underfoot feel, suitable for both residential settings and general commercial use. Available as a rug, wall-to-wall carpet, runners or stair applications, Ciudadela adapts naturally to projects where material continuity and coherence matter.
Crafted from sisal with a latex backing, it ensures stability and durability, with optional flame-retardant and stain-resistant finishes available upon request — making it equally suitable for contract environments.

The general objectives of the project correspond to a technological research and development initiative aimed, on the one hand, at obtaining 3D fabrics through an industrialisable process that differs from the current artisanal process and, on the other hand, at obtaining suitably functionalised cellulosic fabrics that can be used outdoors.
